  Concerning Mrs. Orosco, I'm not sure why the FREE PRESS feels the need to 1) bring up an investigation that found NO wrong doing then fail to mention that the investigation found NO WRONG DOING and 2) not mention her experiance as an educator in the most economic depressed school in Hays CISD. Good Job FREE PRESS - for showing your leanings.

  This article is ridiculous. They are not paragliders they are paraMOTORIST and they make a terrible amount of noise for the people of Four Seasons Farms. Kerry and Tracy are not representing the complaints of that neighborhood accurately. Restrictions can be imposed from paraMOTORIST taking off from city property, but they cant be restricted from landing. This issue was not first brought up in Jan 2019. Complaints where made way before this company even had a parks use agreement to operate a business in the park and this year operated without a parks use agreement. Only after more complaints did the parks use agreement get changed to prevent them from motorized training on Sundays to give the neighborhood next to Lake Kyle a break from all the noise.

  I wish the police and DPS would enforce this law! All the left lane drivers on 290 just make for aggressive driving by others being held up by their ignorance. Maybe if they had to pay a fine, they would learn a lesson! ***Watch for signs on Texas multi-lane highways that read "Left Lane For Passing Only." ... After you pass someone, move into the right lane once you've safely cleared the vehicle. Impeding the flow of traffic by continuing to drive in the left lane is punishable by a fine of up to $200.
